We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales revenue. This role involves both primary and secondary responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Any other degree

Experience: 2-5 years of experience from the building material industries for the field of sales and demand generation B2B and B2C of the product

Prime Responsibility: Minimum 2 Dealer visits and 8 Site visits on daily basis

Primary:

Responsible for

● Identifying potential markets and Creating a market mapping strategy.

● Enrolling new dealers

● Achieving Dealer/ Distributor counter share.

● Increasing the counter share percentage, using supporting elements such as (Technical Service, Schemes, Dealer Staff Training, and Dealer Staff Incentive.)

Responsible for recovering the pending payments from the stakeholders of the organization; this involves

● Obtaining the pending payment details from the CRM application.

● Following up with the stakeholders for the pending payments.

● Payment collection.

Confirmation for the balance payment

Secondary:

● Daily visits to Residential/Commercial and institutional project sites on target basis

● Visit the sites for conversion/stage wise supervision before requirement finalization and Concrete casting

● Support Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

● Conducting promotional activities/Technical meetings for the Influencers on potential and requirement basis

● Coordinating the site leads with concern sales team upto call closing

● Developing the business growth for premium/potential dealers by visiting their Influencers.
