About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Manager – IT (ERP) with extensive hands-on experience in FARVISION Software implementation and management across real estate operations. The incumbent will lead the ERP function, ensuring integration, optimization, and smooth running of all FARVISION modules across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end administration and optimization of FARVISION ERP across all business functions — Sales, Purchase, CRM, Engineering, Accounts, HR, and Project Management.
• Plan and execute ERP implementation, upgrades, and new module integrations in coordination with departmental heads and software vendor (Gamut Infosystems).
• Manage data integrity, access control, and user hierarchy setup in FARVISION.
• Develop and maintain custom MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analytics using FARVISION tools.
• Identify process gaps and drive automation, digital transformation, and workflow improvements within the ERP environment.
• Provide functional and technical support to users; conduct periodic user training and audits.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for ERP maintenance, troubleshooting, and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with data security and IT policies.
• Effective coordination and support to users of the software in the company under various Departments i.e. CRM ,Sales , HR, Purchases, Engineering, Finance and Accounts

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in FARVISION ERP in the Real Estate or Construction domain.
• Deep functional understanding of modules such as:
• Sales & CRM
• Engineering / Project Costing
• Procurement & Inventory
• Accounts / Finance / HR
• Strong capability in FARVISION reporting tools, database query handling (SQL), and Excel integration.
• Proven experience in cross-department ERP coordination and implementation leadership.
• Excellent analytical, managerial, and communication skills.
• Exposure to integration of ERP with banking/payment gateways or BI tools will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration.
• Preferred: MBA (Systems / IT) or equivalent post-graduate qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
