Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Inventory Control

India

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust processes and policies related to inventory movement, audit, coding, and racking systems across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SOPs for inventory movement, tracking, and reconciliation
  • Design and enforce inventory audit schedules and compliance protocols
  • Establish coding standards for items and ensure system accuracy
  • Plan and optimize racking layouts for efficient space utilization
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams for inventory accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels, discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions
  • Maintain documentation and reports for internal and external audits
  • Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory control procedures
  • Support ERP or inventory software implementation and updates

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse operations
  • Experience in designing processes and implementing policies
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
