The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust processes and policies related to inventory movement, audit, coding, and racking systems across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SOPs for inventory movement, tracking, and reconciliation
- Design and enforce inventory audit schedules and compliance protocols
- Establish coding standards for items and ensure system accuracy
- Plan and optimize racking layouts for efficient space utilization
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams for inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock levels, discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions
- Maintain documentation and reports for internal and external audits
- Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory control procedures
- Support ERP or inventory software implementation and updates
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse operations
- Experience in designing processes and implementing policies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
