Sr. Executive - Customer Relationship

Customer Counselling:

As a Sr. Executive - Customer Relationship at Nviron Consulting Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acquiring business. Your role will also involve counselling clients, providing support, coordinating classes, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Nviron Consulting's services and courses.
• Understand client needs and tailor recommendations to suit their requirements.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.

Support:

• Assist clients with enrolment processes and follow-up on their progress.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
• Offer technical support and assistance to clients using Nviron Consulting's platforms and services.

Service:

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

Class Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and classes.
• Liaise with trainers, instructors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Manage class logistics, including materials, venues, and participant communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
