Position Summary

The Senior Executive: Digital Campaigns & Social Media Operations is a hands-on execution role responsible for day-to-day management of digital campaigns and social media platforms.

This role focuses on accurate execution, daily monitoring, lead tracking, and engagement optimization. It does not carry ownership of marketing strategy, SEO direction, or vendor governance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Digital Campaign Execution

  • Execute paid campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search & Display)
  • LinkedIn (as required)
  • Implement approved budgets, targeting, creatives, and schedules
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize within defined parameters

2. Social Media Platform Operations

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations:
  • Content scheduling and publishing
  • Monitoring comments, messages, and reviews
  • Maintain approved brand tone and posting guidelines
  • Ensure timely responses and consistent engagement

3. Lead Monitoring & Campaign Optimization

  • Track daily lead volumes and CPL
  • Identify underperforming ads and audiences
  • Execute quick optimizations to improve efficiency

4. Reporting, Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers
  • Prepare execution-level reports covering:
  • Leads generated
  • CPL
  • Reach and engagement
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports

5. SEO Execution

  • Responsible for SEO implementation
  • Technical SEO
  • On-page and content-led growth – keyword ranking
  • Offpage SEO activities
  • Backlinks work
  • Local SEO for multi-city centres
  • Work upon Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and discoverability and website traffic

6. Creative & Asset Coordination (Execution Level)

  • Coordinate availability and uploading of approved creatives
  • Manage scheduling and version control of digital assets
  • Support centre-level digital promotions and announcements

Key KPIs

  • Lead volume and CPL
  • Campaign execution accuracy
  • Social media engagement and response rates
  • Timeliness of campaign launches
  • Reporting accuracy and consistency

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign execution and SEO
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Understanding of social media platforms and ad managers
  • High attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Clear communication and follow-through

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
