Position: Sr. Executive – EHS & Compliance
Experience: Minimum 3- 5 years of EHS audit and compliance experience (Leather industry is preferred)

Reports To: Assistant Manager / Manager Procurement

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sr. Executive – EHS & Compliance to join our team in the leather industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of EHS systems, ISO standards, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS & compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct internal EHS audits and compliance inspections
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2014 and customer requirements
• Prepare audit reports, corrective actions, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with departments for closure of audit observations
• Maintain records related to safety, environment, and compliance activities
• Support management during external audits and customer visits
• Promote awareness regarding workplace safety and environmental practices

Experience

• Graduate degree from a recognized institution
• Certification in Lead Auditor Course – ISO 14001:2015
• Minimum 3–5 years of EHS audit and compliance experience
• Strong understanding of ISO 14001:2015 requirements
• Knowledge of social compliance standards and customer-specific codes of conduct
• Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to coordinate with departments for implementation of EHS standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
