- To Manage Recruitment Data & scheduling and co-ordination of Interviews.
- Conducting inductions of new staff and support proper orientation and hospital induction program.
- Approving the planning and coordinating a proper on job training program of the staff in association with concerned departments.
- To assist in coordinating welfare activities for employees.
- Prepare and analyze the various MIS data for the betterment in organization
- To assist in implementing and monitoring processes to encourage team spirit and communication between departments.
- Assist in preparing the manpower budgeting of the department.
- Look after the statutory compliances of the employees.
- Joining formalities.
- Exit- Interviews, full and final settlement.
- Male Candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
