We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team. The role offers a balance of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Process attendance, leave, and payroll inputs accurately.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and maintain attrition data.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace policies.
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with consultants.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Performance & Development
- Support appraisal processes, probation reviews, and training initiatives.
- Maintain HR metrics and provide periodic MIS reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to HRMS/Payroll software preferred.
