Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for various positions across locations. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and networking.

Publish and monitor job postings, track and manage candidate applications.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates to ensure quality hiring.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.

Act as an HR point of contact for multi location coordination.

Handle employee grievances.

Support HR operations, including documentation, employee records, and compliance.

Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.

Candidate Profile:-

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.

Preferred Retails industry Experience

Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
