Have Bachelor’s degree in related disciplines (MBA or master degree is a plus)
Have minimum 5 years relevant experience in Shopping Mall environment
Advanced level of English
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Have profound knowledge in leasing and retail process

Manage commercial leasing operations
Prepare the sales & leasing team and qualify them to act their role as required and negotiate with clients / organizations
Meet corporate tenants' requirements and issue & maintain international regional offices design & lease criteria
Prepare internal development plans and leasing procedures through defining the weakness points in daily operations
Review of Profit & Loss accounts on monthly basis with Finance to make sure that leasing operations and efforts are meeting the budgets and targets assigned
Review departmental targets on on-going basis and report to department’s head, Finance & Development by weekly reports on achievements
Identify, target, and secure new brands and concepts in line with the mall’s and other commercial leasing strategy and shop-mix plan
Conduct preliminary discussions and meetings with prospective tenants and negotiate commercial terms
Prepare and follow up on Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and related legal documentation
Manage relationships with existing tenants, supporting lease renewals and rent optimization initiatives
