Sr. Executive Purchase (Packaging machine Mfg. Industry)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Machine manufacturing (packaging machine Mfg. Industry).

Job Description :-

• Daily review of indent and creation of Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally for respective components such as raw materials, electrical items for control panels, and pneumatic bought-out items.
• Daily monitoring and follow-up on pending orders with suppliers, maintaining accurate records in Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to arrange materials efficiently within the required time frame.
• Sound knowledge of the market and various industries.
• Strong ability to perform cost comparisons and standardize discount structures.
• Verification of bills and forwarding them to the accounts department after obtaining prior approval.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Excel and Tally

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
