Sr. Facade Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Façade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing façade systems, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and aluminium works
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and design calculations (if required)
• Review architectural and structural drawings for coordination
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and local authority requirements
• Handle design revisions based on comments and site conditions
• Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in façade design within contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit / SolidWorks / BIM is an advantage
• Experience in UAE projects is highly preferred

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
