As the Sr. Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic, functionality, and enjoyment of the Acquisition.com Headquarters and Annex. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including working on high-level complex projects, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing vendors, and overseeing office systems.

Partner with the Facility Manager to support and execute complex facility projects, ensuring alignment with operational goals and adherence to timelines.
Assemble and install office furniture to support workspace setup and reconfiguration.
Perform minor plumbing, lighting, and HVAC adjustments to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Prepare and maintain painted areas, including cleaning, sanding, priming, and scheduling work to minimize disruption.
Conduct daily building inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
Respond quickly to facilities-related issues and provide on-the-spot problem-solving during events.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including replacing filters, belts, batteries, and other consumables.
Report facility concerns and escalate issues to the Facility Manager as needed.
Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, ensuring best practices are followed.
Verify vendor compliance by obtaining Certificates of Insurance (COI) and signed NDAs before work begins.
Track vendor performance to confirm deadlines, quality, and service standards are met.
Maintain an accurate asset management list for all technical and non-technical equipment.
Coordinate equipment repairs and replacements in collaboration with the Facility Manager.
Support a professional and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting visitors.
Use Asana to manage projects, coordinate tasks, and monitor deadlines.
Document completed tasks, project updates, and maintenance activities promptly in Asana
Assist the Facility Manager with updating and implementing office policies and procedures.
Visitors and staff have an exceptional, personalized experience when visiting the building.
The building remains clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing, meeting five-star standards for staff and guests.
All vendor communications are clear, ensuring projects are completed on time and exceed quality expectations.
All issues and concerns are proactively communicated to the Facility Manager for resolution.
Preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, minimizing equipment downtime and the need for unexpected repairs.
Safety standards are consistently upheld, with proactive inspections and issue resolution reducing risks to staff and visitors.
Facility operations run smoothly, supporting day-to-day business activities without disruption.
Asset and equipment records are accurate and up-to-date, enabling informed planning and cost-effective decision-making.
Work is consistently documented in real time, ensuring accurate records, accountability, and seamless handoffs across the team.
Has in-depth knowledge of maintenance functions, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general carpentry skills, and painting.
Possess a high level of technical and mechanical skill.
At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Facility Technician, or similar role.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification - for safety awareness and compliance with workplace regulations.
Efficient and accurate equipment diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with hand tools and the ability to safely and efficiently complete manual tasks.
Must possess knowledge and experience working with electrical systems operating at 120-277 volts.
Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and task management tools (e.g., Asana).
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and after-hours.
Las Vegas, NV (onsite)
Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
Weekends may apply due to business needs (special projects, vendor timelines, etc).
$62,000 - $76,000 annual salary

Compensation Range: $62K - $76K
