Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate must hold a degree/diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) and possess advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You will be responsible for creating innovative collections, overseeing design processes, and ensuring that our brand’s aesthetic and market relevance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal collections in line with brand vision, market trends, and consumer demand.
• Create original designs, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Conduct market research, trend forecasting, and fabric sourcing to inspire design ideas.
• Lead the product development process from concept to final production.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Review samples, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet design and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Postgraduate Degree, Graduate Degree, or Diploma in Fashion Designing from NIFT (mandatory).
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Software Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.
• Other Skills:
• Excellent sense of style, color, and fashion aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
