Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer (Sportswear & Activewear) who combines creativity, technical expertise, and trend insight to develop functional yet stylish collections. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fabrics, fits, and performance-driven apparel design tailored for the activewear and athleisure market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research global fashion trends, colors, and fabrics in sportswear and activewear.

• Design seasonal collections including T-shirts, lowers, hoodies, tracksuits, and gym wear.

• Develop mood boards, color stories, and concept sketches.

• Create and manage detailed tech packs for sampling and production.

• Coordinate closely with sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely execution.

• Ensure product fit, functionality, and quality throughout development.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for design alignment with brand identity.

• Mentor junior designers and guide new design concepts.

• Keep up with sustainability trends and performance fabric innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Apparel Design.

• 4–7 years of experience in sportswear, activewear, or athleisure design.

• Strong understanding of stretch fabrics, trims, and garment construction.

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Creative mindset with excellent visualization and presentation skills.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
