Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:

Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Financial Reporting:

Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, developing financial plans, and tracking performance against targets.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

  • Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Team Leadership:

Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering their professional growth.

  • Risk Management:

Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

  • Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

  • Decision Support:

Providing financial analysis and insights to support senior management in making informed business decisions.

  • Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Requirement:

  • ICMA /CIMA /ACMA/ ACCA (Qualified)
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in similar roles as Senior Manager Finance with businesses that involve buying and selling physical products.
