Sr Financial Analyst
Your main responsibilities
The Sr. financial analyst will be an integral member of New Installation and Modernization controlling team playing a key role in reporting, month end closing and planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial packages.
- Coordinate monthly financial closing in compliance with time requirements. Analyze results of the closing for accuracy. Point out areas of concern to NI and MOD controllers.
- Perform regular tasks for monthly closing and reporting, including variance analysis, rolling forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Provide support for forecasts and budgets. Proactively analyze budgets & forecasts and business performance and review with appropriate parties
- Recommend courses of action to help achieve financial goals of the company.
- Perform job cost & cost center analysis for all NI and MOD product lines highlighting opportunities and risks.
- Support in the preparation of adhoc analysis and special project requests.
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and analysis capabilities and perform special projects to improve process efficiency.
- Review/update labor rates for field cost centers.
- Support review and analysis of Major Projects (MPEX) for monthly review calls.
- Assist the implementation of Internal controls in compliance with operational norms.
- Provide support to internal and external auditors requests.
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance Required.
- MBA Preferred
- CPA or CMA Preferred
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules
