Proclinical is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in developing executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments, including strategy and business development teams.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and techniques, including dashboards and KPI tracking.

The Sr Financial Analyst's responsibilities will be:

• Develop financial models, scenario plans, and business cases to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with the VP of Finance to deliver detailed financial analyses and insights for portfolio planning.
• Collaborate with teams such as Business Development and Corporate Strategy to gather relevant data for financial evaluations.
• Contribute to executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Support financial reporting processes, including creating actionable insights through dashboards, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and management reports.
