Sr. Financial Analyst- Reporting

Here is the Role: The BI Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of data visualization and reporting solutions across the organization. This role focuses on building scalable dashboards, developing data models, and integrating data sources to support financial and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong experience with both Power BI and Tableau and works effectively with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Develop and manage data models to support enterprise reporting needs
  • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into reporting environments
  • Support integration of data across systems to enable consistent and reliable reporting
  • Partner with analysts, database managers, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements
  • Create visualizations that highlight trends, performance metrics, and key insights
  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and reporting logic
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Skillset Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in BI development and data visualization
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and large-scale data processing
  • Experience integrating data across multiple systems and sources
  • Familiarity with government financial systems such as GFEBS or DEAMS preferred
  • Understanding of financial or accounting processes preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate technical outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
