Sr. Front End Developer

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Type: Full-time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with a strong focus on building modern, responsive, and high-performing web applications. This is a leadership-level role where you’ll be expected to take ownership of front-end architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality front-end code for scalable applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of APIs and backend logic.
• Ensure applications meet performance, accessibility, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on coding standards and project delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and agile development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Karachi, full-time.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Next.js, React.js and other SSR frameworks.
• Experience leading or managing a small development team.
