Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications, leading frontend architecture decisions, and mentoring other developers. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures
• Build responsive, performant web applications
• Develop reusable components and maintain code quality
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to technical decisions and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• 3+ years of experience with React and Next.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with component-based architecture
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, React Query, or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with modern build tools and development workflows
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with Next.js App Router and Server Components
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
