We bring landing pages, checkouts, CRM, automations, and analytics into a single AI-driven workspace so creators can launch offers, track leads, and close deals without duct-taping twenty different tools together.

What you will do

This is not your typical software development role. We're looking for a product-minded Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives on autonomy and impact. You'll be a core part of the team, and work closely with the founders to architect, build, and scale the Maxed platform.

Our ideal candidate is an ambitious leader—someone who has guided technical initiatives or mentored other engineers and is comfortable taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle. You understand that building a great product means caring about everything: database schemas, API design, the UI polish, and most importantly, the end customer.

What we’re looking for:

• Build End-to-End: Architect, develop, and deploy robust, scalable features using our modern tech stack: Next.js 15, TypeScript, tRPC, Supabase (Postgres), and Drizzle ORM.
• Own the Product: Take loosely-defined business goals, clarify requirements, and drive the technical implementation from the database all the way to the UI.
• Architect & Model: Design and implement modular, extensible database schemas and relationships that support a complex and evolving product suite.
• Collaborate & Lead: Work directly with the founding team and designer. Provide technical leadership and help establish best practices for a growing engineering organization.
• Embrace AI-Driven Development: Utilize tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI automation workflows to write, review, and ship code at an accelerated pace.
• Manage Infrastructure: Work with our cloud infrastructure, including deployments on Vercel and storage solutions on AWS S3.

The Tech Stuff:

• An Experienced Pro: You have 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality B2B or B2C SaaS products.
• A TypeScript & React Expert: You have a deep understanding of the modern JavaScript ecosystem, particularly TypeScript, React/Next.js, and state management patterns (e.g., React Query, Jotai).
• A Database Architect: You possess strong experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred), data modeling, and writing efficient queries, ideally with an ORM like Drizzle.
• Product-Obsessed: You think like a user. You have a keen eye for great products and are driven to build incredible customer experiences, not just write code.
• High-Agency & Proactive: You excel in environments with high autonomy. You are a self-starter who can take initiative, unblock yourself, and see projects through to completion.
• An Excellent Communicator: You have high proficiency in English and can articulate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely through both verbal and written communication. We value strong writing.
• Passionate Builder: You love to code. You can show us interesting SaaS projects you've built that demonstrate your passion for building great things.
• Bonus Points: You have experience leading a small team, have worked with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), or are proficient in another programming language besides JavaScript.
