Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative design initiatives across all our brand touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and elevating the Sturlite brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns, product launches, digital content, social media, print media, packaging, and merchandising.
• Maintain and elevate brand identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver high-impact visuals.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work to ensure quality and creativity.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.
• Translate strategic marketing and product ideas into visually engaging concepts.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects without compromising on quality.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer electronics brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Leadership experience is a plus (guiding junior designers, project ownership).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
