Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging and on-brand graphics and videos for a variety of media. You will be the go-to person for all things visual, from static social media posts to dynamic video content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is proficient in both design and video editing software and can manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design and create high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), web banners, email newsletters, and blog illustrations.
• Develop branding materials like logos, brochures, and presentations as needed.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Create static and simple motion graphics (GIFs) for social media and ads.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories), YouTube, website content, and advertisements.
• Incorporate elements like music, voice-overs, sound effects, graphics, animations, and color correction.
• Create short-form video content optimized for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage and organize video assets and project files.

Additional Duties:

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must: Primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. After Effects is a significant plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both graphic design and video editing.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in editing for social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.) and understanding their specific formats and best practices.
• Good eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.

Good to Have (But not essential):

• Experience with UI/UX design or web design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Basic knowledge of animation or motion graphics in After Effects.
• Photography or videography skills.
