About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience working with D2C brands and digital marketing agencies. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, understand digital advertising trends, and be able to create high-performing ad creatives for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing and content teams to produce conversion-driven ad creatives.
- Develop branding visuals, packaging concepts, and campaign designs tailored for D2C audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or with D2C brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media designs, and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools.
- Understanding of digital ad formats, design for conversion, and platform-specific best practices.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability
