Summary: Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the company?s visual branding, promotion, and advertising initiatives to drive sales and strengthen brand awareness. This role manages the creative process from concept through execution, oversees marketing-related projects across departments, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures brand consistency across all platforms.

The Senior Graphic Designer also evaluates campaign performance and contributes to strategic marketing planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Lead and manage marketing-related design projects for multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

? Oversee all aspects of the creative design process, including research, ideation, concept development, design execution, and final production.

? Develop and maintain an overall visual brand strategy that supports company goals and brand awareness.

? Coordinate and manage external vendors and partners involved in printing, digital production, and multimedia development.

? Create, manage, and publish content for social media, company websites, digital ads, brochures, technical publications, e-commerce platforms, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

? Design and produce multimedia content (audio and video) for product marketing, promotional materials, internal and external training, and recruiting initiatives.

? Plan, create, and organize graphic and multimedia content across platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.

? Select and operate appropriate audiovisual equipment to capture high-quality photos, videos, and audio for marketing and training purposes.

? Capture and edit professional-quality photography and videography.

? Support the planning, development, and preparation of presentations and visual materials for meetings, trade shows, and events.

? Ensure all creative materials comply with company branding standards, quality guidelines, and messaging.

? Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.

? Track and measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) when applicable.

? Travel as required to support marketing initiatives, events, and on-site content creation.

? Provide creative and marketing support for additional company ventures, subsidiaries, or new business initiatives as needed.

? Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing and business needs.

Qualifications

? Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (required).

? At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: brand strategy, video production, photography, social media marketing, and/or web design (required).

? Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital media best practices.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

? Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities ? This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
