Role: Senior Graphic Designer

• Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital, print, and brand touchpoints
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level designers to maintain quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and client teams to build standout campaigns
• Ensure creative alignment with client goals and brand narratives
• Bring design excellence and fresh thinking to pitches, presentations, and brand identities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a design agency or branding studio
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, digital and print design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Bonus Points If You:

• Have led a creative team or mentored designers
• Are experienced with motion graphics, UI/UX, or visual storytelling
• Have worked directly with high-profile or international clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
