Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of professional experience to join our team at Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, hands-on experience with digital and print creatives, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, banners, and website assets
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts as per business and marketing requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communication materials
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other internal teams to understand design needs and deliver creatives on time
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and ensure high-quality final output
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience in designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, emailers)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field

Preferred

• Experience working in IT / Corporate / Agency environment
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
