Role: Senior Graphic Designer | Full Time – DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

CodexQuill is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is suited for an experienced designer who can take ownership of visual execution across branding, packaging, and presentation design while working on international client projects.

You will collaborate closely with the creative team and deliver clean, thoughtful, and production-ready design work across print and digital formats.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Branding and visual identity design
• Packaging design including dielines and print-ready files
• Pitch decks and presentation design
• Amazon listing images and A+ content
• Marketing materials for print and digital
• Social media and campaign creatives

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality branding, packaging, and marketing visuals
• Create clear, visually engaging pitch decks aligned with brand identity
• Prepare print-ready files, mockups, and packaging assets
• Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands and deliverables
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and execution
• Manage tasks and timelines using Discord

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop,illustrator and Figma
• Proven experience in branding, packaging, and marketing design
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to commute to the office location 4th Floor, Plaza 34, Orchid Road, Sector A Commercial, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad

Bonus Skills

• UI/UX fundamentals (Figma)
• Presentation design experience (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Video editing using Adobe Premier Pro
