Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in the health care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-impact visual communications across print, digital, and multimedia platforms that adhere to brand standards and support business objectives in a regulated industry. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and clinical teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered design solutions that engage our audience and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual development of branding, campaigns, and marketing collateral for various health care initiatives (B2B and B2C).
• Design a wide range of materials including brochures, patient education materials, reports, infographics, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and website assets.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints while adhering to regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, medical, and compliance to translate complex medical concepts into clear visual communications.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback during project reviews.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay up to date with health care marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure relevance and innovation in design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in the health care or medical field (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various media, including health care-focused projects.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma or other digital design tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and UX/UI principles.
• Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with medical/legal review processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (ADA compliance).
