Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who understands branding, visual communication, and platform-specific design not just software. This role is for someone who can convert briefs and ideas into clear, impactful visuals that work across social media, ads, websites, and brand collaterals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to create designs that are aesthetically strong, brand-consistent, and performance-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Designer
- Design creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and print
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, brochures, hoardings, and brand collaterals
- Excellent Drawing compulsory
- Translate briefs, scripts, and content ideas into strong visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms, campaigns, and clients
- Design layouts that balance creativity with clarity and readability
- Handle multiple revisions efficiently and professionally
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with content writers, marketers, and performance teams
- Understand creative requirements for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas
- Organize files, versions, and exports properly
- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, and platform best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Proficiency in: o Adobe Photoshop o Adobe Illustrator o Corel Draw Strong understanding of Typography, layout, color theory, and composition Social media and performance-marketing creatives Design for digital as well as print formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience working on performance ads and conversion-focused creatives
- Basic understanding of branding systems and brand guidelines
- Knowledge of print design specifications and outputs
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and creative workflows
