Senior Staff Engineer
The Senior GRC Engineer will provide lead engineering support for complex system management activities related to Archer GRC system software, performance, and problem determination requiring communication and coordination with vendors, business clients, and management. The role will also provide technical input to management decision making in the areas of Archer GRC software and performance. This role may include defining detailed technical requirements; performing detailed analysis of various projects and requests; developing designs for projects that have medium to high complexity; formulating procedures and workflows; monitoring key performance indicators; and implementing advanced business processes. This role may include project lead capabilities in the management, facilitations, and customer interactions between technology and business areas. The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
