Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination & onboarding
  • Handling recruitment for field team / office team
  • Manage job portals, consultant coordination & joining formalities

Payroll Management

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Leave & attendance management
  • Full & final settlements, salary structure preparation & increment processing

HR Compliance & Statutory

  • Strong knowledge of ESI, EPF, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act
  • Monthly challan handling, returns filing support
  • Maintain statutory documentation as per govt norms

HR Operations

  • Maintain HR MIS / employee master database
  • Handle employee grievances & employee engagement activities
  • Assist in HR policy execution and process improvement

Skills Required

  • Mandatory knowledge in compliance (EPF / ESI)
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Experience in HRMS preferred

Qualification

  • MBA / PG in HR preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
