Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive with a strong background in international Accounting KPO recruitment (US, UK, AU market) and exposure to HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles and supporting HR operations and compliance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (70%) – KPO Hiring for US, UK, AU Markets:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for KPO roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions.
- Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, employee referrals) for proactive talent sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure culture and skill fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs across international time zones.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide weekly hiring reports.
HR Administration (30%):
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes.
- Support performance management processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, etc.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, event planning, and internal communications.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee support tasks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in KPO or BPO hiring for US, UK, and AU Accounting domain.
- Familiarity with international time zones and hiring practices.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in HR (preferred).
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, with majority in international recruitment.
