Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates, particularly in the solar energy sector.
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Use diverse sourcing channels including social media, job portals, industry networks, and employee referrals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure an effective selection process.
Talent Management
- Assist in creating and executing talent development plans to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including performance appraisals and regular employee assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on talent metrics to evaluate employee performance, skills gaps, and training needs.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and provide guidance to employees on career development.
Induction & Onboarding
- Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new employees to the company’s culture, mission, and values.
- Manage the induction schedule, including coordination with departments for training sessions and orientation programs.
- Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, training, and compliance requirements are met during the onboarding phase.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Implement recognition programs, team-building events, and other initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans based on feedback.
- Lead communication efforts to promote employee engagement programs and ensure transparency.
- Work with the leadership team to develop strategies that promote retention and long-term employee satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA in HR or equivalent HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in HR, focusing on Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Induction, and Employee Engagement.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, with a strong understanding of compliance and HR regulations.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), payroll tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
