1. Sr. HR Executive / HR Team Lead

• Experience: 3–5 years in Recruitments (Non-IT, Retail preferred)
• Team Management: Should have led a team of at least 2–3 recruiters
• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 CTC
• Someone from Consultancy, Retail Industry or pharma industry should be good to go.

2. HR Recruiter

• Experience: 0–2 years in Non-IT / Retail hiring
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 CTC
