Human Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Support performance appraisal processes and preparation of related reports.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain related reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) and coordinate with consultants.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events.
- Oversee office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff.
- Support the management of company assets and inventory records.
- Coordinate facility management, AMC renewals, and office security/compliance
Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: 3-6 years
