Human Resources

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and preparation of related reports.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) and coordinate with consultants.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events.
  • Oversee office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff.
  • Support the management of company assets and inventory records.
  • Coordinate facility management, AMC renewals, and office security/compliance

Requirements:

Education: MBA in HR

Experience: 3-6 years
