Job Responsibilities

Location Port Qasim

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Identify, attract, and hire top talent aligned with the company's needs.

Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefits packages.

Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

Identify and implement the best HR automation tools to streamline HR operations.

HR Polices

All administrative tasks performed in the company like maintenance / office equipment supplier/ janitorial etc.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree

Proven experience in HR management

Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
