Sr HR Executive

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven experience in IT & Engineering hiring and handling product-based company requirements.
• Knowledge of HRMS, PF portal, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and compliance.
• Experience in employee engagement planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
