Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in IT & Engineering hiring and handling product-based company requirements.
- Knowledge of HRMS, PF portal, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple priorities.
