You will be responsible for delivering top‑tier talent while ensuring seamless onboarding, HR operations, and compliance using Zoho HR tools.WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy for IT and services‑based roles across India markets, aligning with business and client‑side RPO requirements.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and sourcing for IT roles, including job profiling, candidate search, interviews, offer management, and joining formalities, ensuring adherence to international hiring standards.
- Use Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and related Zoho HR tools to manage candidate pipelines, employee records, onboarding workflows, and HR operations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, business heads, global HR, and client leadership to forecast hiring needs, plan recruitment activities, and meet recruitment targets.
- Drive HR operations excellence including joining & separation formalities, employee lifecycle management, policy documentation, and compliance tracking via Zoho People.
- Automate and streamline HR processes such as induction, leave and attendance, performance, and policy dissemination using Zoho People workflows and integrations.
- Promote a data‑driven approach by tracking recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, retention, diversity) and HR operation KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion employer branding, inclusive candidate experience, and workforce diversity across all stages of the talent lifecycle.
- WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILEThe ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR operations, preferably in IT / Services organizations, with hiring exposure across India and global (US) markets.
- Hands‑on experience in Zoho People (or strong willingness to work mainly on Zoho) for employee master data, onboarding, policies, workflows, and HR operations.
- Proven track record in managing end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure, for IT and services‑based roles.
- Experience in RPO or service‑based recruitment models, with an understanding of SLA‑driven hiring and client‑facing coordination.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, international sourcing channels, stakeholder management, and advanced recruitment practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client‑facing skills, with the ability to present data and recruitment updates clearly.
- Comfort with recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, retention, and diversity, and experience in using data to drive improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills for interacting
with candidates, employees, and global clients.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS | IDEALLY YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management, P&L exposure, or HR operations ownership in a growing organization.
- Exposure to recruiting for US time zones and scaling recruitment operations in a high‑growth environment.
- Familiarity with Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, or other Zoho HR suite modules and an interest in integrating them with Zoho People.
