Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Follow the legal requirements to ensure compliance
• Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stress, manage budgets, and make strategic HR decisions.
• Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR Executive: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hotel industry: 2 years (Preferred)
