1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Posting jobs on portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Screening resumes and conducting HR interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with department heads
  • Managing offer letters and joining formalities
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Managing onboarding and induction process
  • Maintaining employee personal files and HRMS records
  • Issuing letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, experience, relieving)
  • Handling attendance, leave management, and shift coordination
  • Managing employee confirmations and probation tracking
  • Conducting exit interviews and full & final settlement

3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Coordinating payroll inputs (attendance, leave, reimbursements)
  • Ensuring accurate salary processing
  • Managing statutory compliance:
  • Provident Fund (PF)
  • ESIC
  • Professional Tax (PT)
  • TDS
  • Liaising with payroll vendors and consultants
  • Supporting labor law compliance and documentation

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations
  • Addressing employee grievances
  • Supporting performance appraisal process (KRA/KPI tracking)
  • Promoting a positive work culture
  • Ensuring implementation of HR policies

5. Administration Responsibilities

  • Managing office administration activities
  • Handling vendor management (housekeeping, security, pantry, facility vendors)
  • Monitoring office supplies and asset management
  • Coordinating travel bookings and accommodation
  • Overseeing office maintenance and facility management
  • Ensuring workplace safety and compliance
  • Managing ID cards, access control, and visitor management

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Preparing HR MIS reports (attrition, headcount, recruitment status)
  • Maintaining statutory registers and compliance records
  • Supporting audits (internal/external)
  • Managing contracts and agreements (admin-related)

7. Skills Required (2–4 Years Experience)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws
  • Experience in HRMS and payroll systems
  • Good coordination and vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
