Sr. HR Executive (Hotel Industry Only)

We are hiring for a Senior HR Executive for our GHD Hotels. Senior HR Executive should have experience of 3-5 years in Hotel Industry (Mandatory). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, focusing on high-volume recruitment, employee engagement, training, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. You have to ensure operational efficiency by developing hiring plans, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture to minimize turnover.
Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Develops seasonal hiring plans, screens candidates, and manages the induction process for hotel staff to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Acts as a liaison to address grievances, implements retention programs, and organizes staff activities to boost morale.
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintains accurate employee records (visas, contracts), ensures legal compliance with labor laws, and manages time office/payroll functions.
  • Training & Development: Identifies training needs, organizing service skills training, and facilitates performance appraisals.
  • HR Analytics: Monitors turnover rates and prepares HR reports to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–6 years in HR, with specific experience in hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software, and Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
