Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR and administration for retail operations. The role involves managing store-level HR activities, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with management to ensure smooth people operations.

Experience Required:
6 – 10 years

Work Location:
Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and statutory compliance
• Support store managers on HR and administrative matters

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong experience in retail HR or multi-location HR operations
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Strong communication and people-handling skills
• Hands-on and execution-focused approach
