Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will drive hiring strategies, ensure timely closures, and build a strong talent pipeline across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for IT (Developers, Project Managers, etc.) and Non-IT (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Manage vendor coordination and participate in employer branding initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
