Job Description:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Ensure employer branding and talent pipeline development
  • Manage onboarding and workforce planning processes

3. Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and development planning
  • Drive a performance-driven culture

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and administer competitive compensation structures
  • Oversee benefits programs and salary benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations

6. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage audits and regulatory reporting

7. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement leadership development programs
  • Support career development and succession planning
  • Promote continuous learning culture

8. HR Operations & Analytics

  • Oversee HRIS systems and data management
  • Use HR metrics to drive strategic decisions
  • Prepare HR reports for executive leadership
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives

Experience: 6-10 yrs experience in HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
