Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
- Build succession planning and talent development programs.
- Performance & Culture:
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Foster an employee-centric culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and productivity.
- Learning & Development:
- Create training and development frameworks to upskill employees.
- Drive leadership development programs for future leaders.
- Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, C&B structures, and HR budgeting.
- Benchmark compensation policies to ensure competitiveness.
- HR Operations & Digitalization:
- Drive automation and HRMS implementation for efficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proven ability to handle organizational change management.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics & dashboards.
- High level of integrity, empathy, and decision-making ability.
Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
