Sr. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management for workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
  • Build succession planning and talent development programs.
  • Performance & Culture:
  • Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Foster an employee-centric culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Create training and development frameworks to upskill employees.
  • Drive leadership development programs for future leaders.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll, C&B structures, and HR budgeting.
  • Benchmark compensation policies to ensure competitiveness.
  • HR Operations & Digitalization:
  • Drive automation and HRMS implementation for efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle organizational change management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics & dashboards.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and decision-making ability.

Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
