Sr. HR Officer

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years HR experience in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Master’s degree, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage 500–1000 employees
• Strong experience in HR reporting
• Strong experience in UAE law
• Experience in updating and managing company policies
• Ability to improve and manage interdepartmental communication
• High proficiency in computers
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (HR platforms)
• Excellent communication, discussion, and negotiation skills
