Job Summary
To effectively carry out duties assigned in a timely, accurate manner.
Duties assigned can include any of the responsibilities like; manage the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, and review and maintaining counselling policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities

Manage various GS processes and make sure that it is completed in the agreed time with business units.

Review and follow-up residency activities (local transfer, tracking GS activities, cancellations, etc.)

Create expenditures reports and petty cash re-imbursement.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
-
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
-
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
-
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
-
To be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate ministries forms.

To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the SAP and other GS systems
-
Making daily and weekly workload reports.

Tracking all GS activities and make sure meeting SLA with other BU’s.

Develop training and development programs.
-
Assist in performance management processes.

Create and implement effective on boarding plans
Candidate Requirements
-
Have a very good command in English (Written - Spoken - Read) / Fluent Arabic is a Must.

Experience 4-7 years.

Computer Skills: Software, Ms Windows, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Power Point, Internet and Outlook..

Knowledge of SAP (Preferred)

Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours as business requirements dictate.

Willingness to accept additional assignments and can work under pressures

Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English – Verbal & Written

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude & Strong ethics and reliability
Education
-
High School- BSc/BA in business administration is a plus
