Job Responsibilities:
HR Services & Operations Management
- Prepare employee letters, contracts, ID cards, and maintain personnel files.
- Support payroll invoice preparation and reconciliation.
- Assist in salary disbursement coordination with Finance, Sales, Legal & Compliance
Customer Care & Relationship Management
- Respond to client and employee queries regarding payroll, compliance, and benefits.
- Manage verification requests such as letters, pay slips, and employment confirmations.
- Provide frontline support to strengthen client satisfaction and retention.
Statutory Compliance & Insurance Management
- Prepare data for statutory registrations and reports.
- Handle EOBI, Social Security Services cases in a timely manner.
- Process insurance registrations, cancellations, and renewals for employees.
Operational Excellence & Invoicing
- Create client invoices in line with payroll and services delivered.
- Maintain invoice records and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
- Highlight process gaps and suggest improvements to the Team Head.
Special Projects & Reporting
- Execute assigned projects with quality and timeliness.
- Prepare MIS data and operational reports for Team Head review.
- Support audits through data and document provision.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Must have a good grip of MS-Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
